In the beginning, Televarpið will focus on providing television channels to its customers and perhaps even radio channels. In the future, the plans are to expand the activities to include other services.

P/F Televarpið has a very small and efficient administration based on the web management system called 'e-conomic' which is an integrated subsciber management system. It makes it possible to run the company from all over the world. The managing director is the only one employed. In October 2003 a technician will join the company.

Chairman of the board is Mr Andras Róin and the other members of the board are Mr Heini Joensen and Mr Reidar Nónfjall.

In July 2003 Ms Laila Hentze replaced Mr Tróndur Djurhuus as managing director.
